Easy Care always sends out an adjustor to argue with the Dealerships to get your claim down below the $250 deductible. They are famous for this. Beware

I had two failure code lights on for months for an O2 (OXYGEN) Sensor and a MAP Sensor for the Catalytic Converter on my 2004 Suburban with only 43,000 miles on it.

I finally took it to the dealership and the "SLEAZY CARE" people sent an adjustor who upon arrival, after being shown the DIAGNOSTIC REPORT, demanded the lights be reset and when they didn't come back on IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CAR SITTING IN THE DEALERSHIP BAY, DECLARED THE CAR O.K.! This is their little trick, so you get stuck with the Dealership diagnostic cost ($95) and leave, only to have the lights come on again and you go through the same thing again AND AGAIN! You would have to be there when the sensors fail PERMANENTLY, to get them covered! These PEOPLE WERE PAID $2500 TO COVER THIS CAR NOT FIND REASONS TO GET OUT OF PAYING!

BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE, SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR REPAIRS. IF THEY WON'T COVER A $250 SENSOR DO YOU THINK THAY WILL COVER A $4500 ENGINE?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
